3. Turn off all the screens 1.5 hours before going to bed.
4. Sleep +8 hours
Everyone wants to be smarter, but nobody is willing to:
5. Play at least 3 chess games/day.
(Boost problem-solving)
6. Read at least 5-10 pages (Developing critical thinking)
7. Meditate for 25 minutes. (find your real purpose)
8. Taking peptides (Insane focus and clarity).
I’ve improved my mood and strength by:
9. Eating real foods (eggs, meat, butter)
