Here's my proven formula:

I’ve started looking 10X better when I started to: 1. Expose my face to the sun (Within 1 hour after waking up.) 2. Drink kefir or milk (whiter and stronger teeth) 3. Turn off all the screens 1.5 hours before going to bed. 4. Sleep +8 hours


Everyone wants to be smarter, but nobody is willing to:

5. Play at least 3 chess games/day. (Boost problem-solving) 6. Read at least 5-10 pages (Developing critical thinking)


7. Meditate for 25 minutes. (find your real purpose)

8. Taking peptides (Insane focus and clarity).

I’ve improved my mood and strength by:

9. Eating real foods (eggs, meat, butter) 10. Drinking organic orange juice.
11. Quitting alcohol (Some glasses of wine is fine). 12. Alternating weights and running session (1-day gym/ 1 day run/ 1 day rest. repeat) 13. Stretching my legs, spine, and hips.
